When the leaves of Summer’s fullness and warmth, chatter and connection have fallen away, we are left with our bare Winter souls. Exposed, our core stands tall amidst the Winter winds that whip knowing as we look down at the decay of days and lessons past that our very roots are being nourished and prepared for a new and more bountiful season to come where the sun will show her face and our hearts will overflow with the foliage that only comes from standing bare as the wind whips.
Winter turns a receptive heart into a Summer of birdsong amidst branches full of growth, dancing limbs and clapping leaves. Let it.
