I stood in the middle of a swaying field, feeling the same breeze against my cheek that stirred the entire world around me. Everything within my view was at peace and slowly with each second passing my body, my muscles and lastly, of course, my mind relinquished it’s hold on the cares that had walked with me upon entering this bowl of harmony. I was not tethered to a phone, the needs of people, the structures of how our society flows. I became the flow.
My point in sharing this moment? I realized there is a difference between silence and stillness. There isn’t a place we can define as silent. These places are simply softer, quieter and less congested. Find this place often for yourself and allow yourself to be in the shape of stillness and to be shaped by the stillness.
Peace to you as you practice life.
